About Me

I completed an MA in Performance and Visual Practices at the University of Brighton with Merit in 2012.  My BA (First Class) in Drama, Applied Theatre and Education (2011) is from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London.  In addition, I have a BTec Higher Diploma in Stage Management, also from the Central School of Speech and Drama (1987).

I have spent more than 20 years producing, directing, managing and performing across the world, from Bangkok to Brussels; from Kampala and Nairobi to London. My global life has also allowed me to spend some of my time teaching drama and English in language schools and in mainstream International Schools globally.

I am married with a teenage daughter.

I continue to explore the world of domesticity and feminism using my character Lotta Quizeen.  Using a humorous exploration of the home and the dilemma facing women, I produce performance that promotes audience participation in a range of theatre and non-theatre settings.
